Nano works until i hide behind VPN

Hi

I can get the Nano  workng, but as soon as i start VPN. It will not connect to the Internet. I have also tiried starting VPN 1st, then connecting but alas it still does not work. Has anyone else had this problem? Pls help . .. Many Thanks

Change it to the TAP (Vpn) adapter in windows network settings, and share that internet connection.
