Encoded SSID?

Hi,

I'm trying my pineapple nano, which is amazing. And I noticed one thing, a device is connecting when I start my AP without any filter. It never gets any IP and eveytime I kick it out it connects again with a new ssid that looks like some encoded string : ..X;......(.Fz@.2g.y..b.9.rEV.l  or f2..1X.Z%]..X.^.......T...tA!=..

I was wondering what kind of device could have this kind of behaviour. Anybody noticed that before?
