trinaldi01 Posted September 27, 2017 Share Posted September 27, 2017 Hi everyone, I am testing pineapple tetra and I noted that when I plug the 12v DC in my pineapple, for an unknown reason, I cannot connect any device to the pineapple adm wireless network even by typing the right password. Not normal, wonder if maybe the 12v supply doesn't have enough juice and that maybe its in a reboot loop? While using 12v did you try to connect it to a laptop/pc via the usb ethernet or connect the tetra to your router via ethernet and then try and manage the tetra without using wifi? You might be able to see more info on the logs to give hopefully give more clues as to whats going on. zorko Posted September 30, 2017 Share Posted September 30, 2017 Are you completely sure that it is due to the 12v DC? I am experiencing the same issue with both the 12v DC and battery pack. The only thing that has given me access to the adm wifi has been factory resetting the pineapple, then the admin will work until the next time I disconnect it from power.
