Support Response Time

Hey Guys

 

About 5 days ago I sent a support ticket to the Hak5 zendesk about receiving the wrong items I ordered. They say that response time is usually 1-2 days. I know that only Jayson and Sara run the support but it's been quite a while and I've gotten no replies. How long do you think it will take for a reply?
