Change background

Was wondering if the BB could execute commands to change the desktop background ( on windows) while the PC is locked?

Doubtful. I don't think something like this can be done with network attack vectors. But someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

You are probably wrong, since you can remote connect to win registry and change the registry key for the background Picture, given that you have access rights (hopefully the target computer have sloppy security, it may work).
