A way around Japanese keyboard support?

Hi, 

I got my rubber ducky working, but only have Japanese keyboards to test it on.
If the keyboard in in English input mode, there are no problems with mistyped characters, but Windows button doesn't register.

Is there any way around this short of getting Japanese supported?
