Hello,
I have submitted more than one Request related to some Items on the Hak5Shop to the support team the past week with no answer at all.
Is your services down? or is there a lot of submitted requests that needs to be backtracked? because i have been waiting more than a week for a response.

We are a bit backlogged right now, my apologies. We'll get to each and every ticket, it just takes a bit more time at the moment. A week is a bit long though, so I apologize for that. I'm sure you'll receive an answer soon.
