Drocklagmaster Posted March 6, 2017 Posted March 6, 2017 I have been trying with much fail to get the tool_installer to load and my Bash Bunny seems to only want to stay in USB mode and not recognize either switch 1 or switch 2 mode. About the most I have gotten it to do is switch colors with the payload.txt but everything else has failed so is there a way to force it into recovery mode so I can start from scratch in case thats my issue. Thanks Quote
Drocklagmaster Posted March 6, 2017 Author Posted March 6, 2017 Well moving the switch back and forth a bunch of times did something, were good now:) Quote
Tylor B. Posted March 6, 2017 Posted March 6, 2017 If switching it back and forth does not work you could try to launch it and route it into a VM then restrict privileges to induce kernel panic, do not have mine yet but just an idea. Quote
audibleblink Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 I'm currently running `rm -rf /etc` then un/plugging 3 times. =X Quote
Sebkinne Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 We'll make the recovery process easier in the future, bear with us while we get post launch development geared up. Quote
TTommy Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 Sadness. Bricked. Regardless of switch position. Green light comes on. Blue light comes on. Multiple insertions and sometimes I get a red light. Red persists for greater than 15 minutes. Sadness. Quote

TTommy Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 Got it. Totally worked. Sort of. Windows was cranky about the volume needing a chkdsk. Windows got past that though. Quote
