Sparda
What can I do? There is no where I can buy a replacement (apart form eBay). It's making an horrendous noise... is my only realistic option to replace the motherboard? Any and all advice is welcome.
VaKo
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct....rodid=HS-033-TR http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct....rodid=HS-026-TR Just widget an after market chipset cooler onto it? My mate had a graphics card fan attached to a gfx5200 with dental floss for over a year.
Sparda
Looks interesting... would have to go with the more expensive one though. My graphics card is completely in the way of putting any thing taller then like 1cm on the north bridge.
cooper
Zalman has some really nice fanless chipset coolers. Fix the problem at the root. Alternatively, oiling up the fan can make one hell of a difference at next to no cost (and if it doesn't, well, get the fanless cooler anyways).
