USB Rubber Ducky Not Entering DFU Mode

so i just got my usb rubber ducky in the mail today and i think i broke it already :(

i followed  this tutorial to get started with the ducky just to see if it really worked. but when i flashed my usb rubber ducky into twin duck mode (c_duck.hex) it just kept flashing green and red. When i tried and but a script on it, it did not do anything when i put it into the computer. so then i tried to flash it aagin to the original duck.hex. but after around 30 attempts at trying to put the duck into DFU mode, all it kept giving me was a red and green flashing LED. Im thinking now that i have to reinstall the original firmware on the duck but im not sure any suggestions?
