Using Rubber Ducky to pull photos?

Hello, i made an account just to ask this question, i began looking into useful applications with the rubber ducky, something i cant find is if anyone has written a script for pulling any photos and sending it to an outside source, ie. a gmail account? i appreciate any responses that contain useful information. Thank you.
