Just starting out

I was just wondering how to and where to start. I do know I want to make it a twinduck version and I want to gather all windows passwords and accounts without being logged in. I'm not sure if that is completely possible or not but that's the general idea. I have searched around and found a bunch of stuff but I'm still confused and would like it to be broke down. I have some very basic vb programming knowledge so I'm not completely out of my depth. Any help or advice we greatly appreciate thanks

You need a lan turtle then if you want to steel passwords on a locked device , in order to use the duck a user has to be logged into the desktop
