Sorry if I took it to the street I wouldn't have permission from the people around me. There for I would be breaking legal and moral laws As a hobbyist white hat I stay in the testing environment I have permission to use. To build your own lab I recommended checking out your local computer recycling depot. Many will sell old machines for cheap. Like 20$ grab a few extra boxes to use as victims. Install xp and metsploitable on them and have fun. Also if you have a good system. You can use VM to build a virtual lab.
