Login password from win8.1 and win10

What is the best way to get the login password for win8.1 and win10?

i tried mimikatz but it doesnt work first cause i cant run shell as admin cause it ask for a pass

second windows defender doesnt run the file

is there a better way?

i meant as a usb rubber ducky script cause mimikatz doesnt work on them
