Pineapple Juice 4000

So I have to ask.  Has anyone had issues with the Pineapple Juice 4000 running so hot it literally melts the case?  Keep in mind, this thing is just two week old via Defcon.

That's terrifying. Bravo to hak5 for the quick response &  resolution. Kinda off topic but anybody know a run time on these batteries on a single charge?

A WiFi Pineapple NANO will last 5-8h on the Pineapple Juice 4000. It really depends on usage.

Received my Pineapple Juice 4000 replacement battery today!!

Just to offer confirmation to what Sebkinne said, I plugged my Nano into the Pineapple Juice 4000 at 0600 yesterday and it ran PineAP in collection mode until about 1300.  Battery still seemed to have some life but the Nano had shut down, presumably due to low power.
