macadder Posted July 22, 2016 Share Posted July 22, 2016 Hi, I'm trying to send a probe request for a specific (non-existant) SSID, to see it get picked up by my pineapple The best I've come up with so far is sudo iwlist wlan0 scan essid TESTAP but that doesn't seem to be doing the job, my other idea was to capture a probe packet, tweak it then replay it at leisure but I haven't got very far with that I wondered if anyone might already have a solution before I go barking up various tree's?
