Us3rnotfound Posted July 14, 2016 Posted July 14, 2016 So I'm trying to put together my rubber ducky and I have most of it done, just not the silver metal part. It's just loosely attached and flopping around on the black casing. Anyone else have this problem? I can post pictures later if needed! Quote
Us3rnotfound Posted July 14, 2016 Author Posted July 14, 2016 The silver part I mean is the cover portion of the flash drive casing. On a normal flash drive it would snap over the usb male end to protect it. On mine its just sort of hanging there. Quote
Guest Posted July 27, 2016 Posted July 27, 2016 (edited) You have to bend it a little, before attaching it. Bend it so that the black casing just barely snaps between it. Depending on your needs, you will not be using the casing a lot. It's only used to make it look like a regular usb stick, if you are deploying the ducky in social engineering situations (i.e. where other people are involved). In case you're the one deploying the ducky, it's not needed (and too much work) to attach the casing. It works fine without. Edited July 27, 2016 by Guest Quote
