kingoddball Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 (edited) Hey! Long time since I have used my Pineapple. Powered on today, updated and once it rebooted all of my data was gone (AP list, password files and SSID pool etc). I don't think I can get the back, which is a shame but is this a normal course of action for upgrades? Or any way to get these back (internal) or any way to prevent loss next time? edit: It's also running at 100% CPU quite a lot, never before? Edited June 5, 2016 by kingoddball Quote
b0N3z Posted June 8, 2016 Posted June 8, 2016 Yes, it says on the Advanced tab under Update. All data will be lost after updating the firmware, so that is normal. The 100% CPU load is somewhat normal depending on what modules your using or even PineAP. Sounds pretty normal to me. Quote

If if problem persists periods flashing it entirely. Quote
b0N3z Posted June 8, 2016 Posted June 8, 2016 ive hit 100% but usually only when i'm running PineAP and another module with connected clients Quote
Kapu Lanai Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 You will be fine. Save your list of ssids. And re-enter using cabinet. Quote
