Openvpn gateway and digital ocean

Hi,

i saw the lan turtle video, and im really new on this so i wastesting with a linux box on work, (linux mint) and windows laptops, i create all the video says (except i dont posses a lan turtle)

The laptops can access the linux box (ping and file sharing) same with the router on the office, but cant access anything more on the office, the others PC and servers need another config? be vpn clients? or i need some routing on the linux box.

Thanks for the help, sorry for the english im peruvian so, i speak mainly spanish. Im new on this kind of thing so i really need baby steps
