Continue with different commands after restart

Is it possible to either continue with the current script, or run a different script after a restart. We are using it to wipe 500 chromebooks over the summer. The process requires to enter a keystroke, restart, enter a different keystroke, then restart again, and then enter a third keystroke and it will restart. I would love to automate the process, but not sure how to have the payload continue after a restart.

Probably the best bet is to make ducky get file from external source , and from there the possibilities are endless :-)
