I think U3 was accidentily deleted from the USB drive...any one know how to hack into the actual USB drive to access the files?

I need a step by step procedure..

You cant just "accidentily" delete u3 . U3 is stored in a emulated cdms partition so you cannot just freely delete or add stuff to it. The only way to remove it is using the u3 uninstaller or you could have curroupted your usb when you tried to flash your u3 partition.
