AlexRodriguez Posted February 19, 2016 Share Posted February 19, 2016 Hey everybody im new to the hacking place i need help with kali linux im trying new things and one is trying out a man in the middle attack with kali linux. i read how to do it and i went step by step and im stuck in one of those steps. i already set up a lot of things but i need some help with the last step. this is what it tells me dhcpd-cf /etc/dhcpd.conf -pf /var/run/dhcpd.pid at0 after i press enter i get this bash: dhcpd-cf; command not found. what can it be im running everything up to date software and everything please help. im trying to learn more about the hacker space but this is not helping. please and thank you. cooper Posted February 29, 2016 Share Posted February 29, 2016 I think you simply need to add a space in there. You want to start dhcpd by the looks of it, so you need a space before the "-cf" and it might help to read the man page of dhcpd to see what all these parameters do.
