pineappleman Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 When Kevin Mitnick demonstrates a USB rubber ducky on this talk https://youtu.be/Q7G3kKRdUl4?t=19mthe rubber ducky shows up as a normal flash drive in My Computer and the user is able to store data (which is probably on the microsd card), but it is at the same time a HID device and can execute keystrokes. I just got my rubber ducky, but I am not able to make it work as it is demonstrated by Kevin on the mentioned talk. When I plug it in, it is recognized as a HID device and can execute keystrokes, but I do not see it in my computer as a flash drive. Is there any way to make it work like it is shown on the mentioned talk? Quote
Solution White Light Posted February 6, 2016 Solution Posted February 6, 2016 What you need to do is flash the firmware with composite duck then you will have both storage and HID features. Quote
