hellocomrades
I bought a Mark V sometime last year and stopped using it shortly after because of how slow it was. If I remember correctly it was stuck around 25/kbps and I'm wondering if this was done on purpose. Has there been any software or hardware updates which fixes that? newbi3
That seems kind of slow... There was a hardware implementation issue with the second radio that limits its speed to 11mbps max. Since its a hardware there isn't anyway to fix it with software
hellocomrades
Was this done deliberately? That seems like something that would have been noticed while building and testing it. Is there a way to swap that particular radio part out?
Sebkinne
Hi Hellocomrades, The issue you are talking about sounds a lot like this issue. Of course, we wouldn't limit the throughput on purpose. The reason we didn't catch this issue is mainly because we hadn't thought of using wlan1 for clientmode at all, but just for packet injection. Because PineAP was not ready for the WiFi Pineapple MKV releast, we added wireless clientmode as an afterthought. Best Regards,Sebkinne
