I purchased two "managed modems" today from Amazon:

1) Huawei 355

2) Verizon Novatel MiFi 5510L

Can anyone recommend the best place to buy sim cards with cash, that won't require a social security number for each of these modems.

Any specific stores or websites. I'm located in the US.
