Network Emulation with netem

I am wondering if somebody already created a netem version for the Pineapple?

netem provides Network Emulation functionality for testing protocols by emulating the properties of wide area networks. The current version emulates variable delay, loss, duplication and re-ordering.

The idea is to use the pineapple (acting as wifi brigde) as a worst-case-emulator for a network connection, to test the robustness of a client/server connection under "real" circumstances.
