I want to extend wifi from my house about half a mile away using the pineapple to connect to it as a client and broadcast wifi locally. The far away end has small, short ranged antennas. If i put a high-powered directional antenna on my pineapple to communicate with the far away device. Would that work or do both ends need to be high powered? Sebkinne Posted May 26, 2015 Share Posted May 26, 2015 The WiFi Pineapple MKV could be used to extend a WiFi network, but it is not designed with this in mind.
