ChevronX Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 Is there away to install seti@home from USB Drive in the background and run it, so it runs all the time. Quote
Loki Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 Its already been done, check the U3 hacking section Quote
Loki Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 same concept though, just modify the folding@home payload Quote
remkow Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 yup, just take the essential files from the seti@home setup, and modify the go.cmd file Quote
Spartain X Posted November 12, 2006 Posted November 12, 2006 run regmon and filemon adn see what files are being used by seti@home when that found dump the reg key's and copy the core and essential files and then write a batch that applies the reg key's (using regedit.exe /s) and that's pretty much it and refer to the folding@home payload Quote
