Does Metasploit encrypt traffic?

Hello,

Does anybody know if Metasploit can encrypt the traffic between the attacking computer and victim computer?

For the initial exploit, it all depends on the attack, if it is against a HTTP based web server then the attack will all be in clear text, if it is against HTTPS then it will be encrypted. Same for all protocols.

For the payload, again it depends. Metasploit will be but others may not.

Best way to find out is to start a packet sniffer, look at the traffic and see for yourself.
