geeguh Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 Not sure where to post this so I'm doing it here. I ordered the Holiday bundle from Hak Shop. Was supposed to come with the following: Holiday Special: WiFi Pineapple Mark V Travel Bundle 1800 mAh with FREE ALFA AWUS036NEH The Alfa AWUS036NEH was not in the box. I emailed them the next day ([email protected]) and received no reply. I emailed them again 10 days later (adding shop@ and verify@) and still no reply. So far I have emailed them about 4 times and called the phone # (out of order!). I placed the order, someone boxed it up and shipped it, so there must be humans somewhere on the other end of this thing. Has anyone else had issues with getting help from Hak5? [tap tap tap] Is this thing on? Thanks. Quote
Oli Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 I'm sure it has just been overlooked - I've personally had no problems. In fact, I had great service when my launch day Pineapple was missing an SD card. Just try again or call the number? Quote
