Hmm... For a presentation I would still choose the keylogger deployment.

It perfectly shows the potential of the rubber ducky that it doesn't have just a small threat but it's capable to

deploy any kind of malicious software.

Or if you have some coding skills, write a small exe which simulates malware (just by showing a harmful-looking image).

When people can see the threat they're more afraid - mostly..
