I sent a question to the hak5 shop via its offcial mail, this is about a week ago, I got still no answer. Also I ordered the Pineapple, which is on "clearence delay" by the costums of my country (Germany) now. I thought this is not the first time Hak5 sends goods to my country, so there should be enough information included to the goods that it is not "on delay". Also I wonder how long it takes that Hak5 answers the costums when they are already take long time to answer simple questions by their official shop mail.
