VE7HCP
I am really stumped on trying to install SDR-Sharp with Mint 17. Can it be done? I have SDR-Sharp running perfectly under my Windows 7 laptop but I would like to get it to work with my Mint 17 install. Really confused when it comes to compiling and the terminal line commands. Guest spazi
isn't it windows only?
cooper
Are you trying to compile it using Mono? If so, mad props to you. How far along do you manage to get? If not, keep in mind that the "Sharp" in the name is because this code was written in C# and as such it requires a C# interpreter such as Mono (*nix) or the .Net framework (windows). VE7HCP
I actually saw this today. Will look at the OS types that might be better than Mint when it comes to SDR. Thanks Hak5 you guys rock!
jobdone
the best option is GQRX on linux. I remember running SDR# on an older version of mint - as suggested it requires mono.
