Arduino hacker stuff

Hello, is there any hacker program to arduino or something like that???

Look up a local hackerspace. Chances are there's quite a few people there who are already quite familiar with the device and should be very capable to inform and guide you with it.

I'll leave it to others to find a few online tuts.

It depends. Some people write their own programs and compile it for arduino.
I've seen a lot of hacking done with Arduino, but most of the hackers wrote their own software.
The arduino Yun runs linux (OpenWRT) and even has WiFi and python. Lot's of hacking capabilities there :)
I'm actually a complete Arduino Noob, so I am attending a Arduino course at the local hacker space where I'm at.

Hopefully I'll learn something :)

Short answer, No there is no software or Framework I know of. But it can definitely be used for hacking
