overwraith Posted July 28, 2014 Share Posted July 28, 2014 Bought one of these, 'cuz I wanted to see what types of signals were in my area (also want a police scanner type setup ). I am very new to this, and just installed SDR#. I get this error when I go to configure, "One compatible device has been found, but they are all busy". Is a dialog/error box. I will be buying a book for this next week sometime, but I don't know how to fix this error. So far my SDR# screen is completely black, no activity. The source I have selected is RTL-SDR/USB.
