Cannot connect 172.16.42.1:1471

This seems like a noob question, but I never had this problem.

I have never had this happen but I cannot connect to http://172.16.42.1:1471

It would probably help to have a bit more information.

What OS are you using?

IP Address of the client from which you are attempting to connect to the Pineapple?

Which web browser are you using?

etc....

See if you can ping that address !!

Also try clearing your cache and refresh.

How are you connecting to the pineapple?

You can try connecting to your pineapple over ethernet and see if you can access that IP

I am on Windows 7

The browser I am currently using is Google Chrome and Firefox, cached was cleared.

I connecting over wifi with MV5

There is no firewall active

I can still SSH into the root directory (upload/view files). It's still broadcasting the karma SSID, all LED lights are [ON] but I cannot log onto the webUI? Why?

Sounds like you broke the webserver configuration somehow.

Do you use any infusions? Did you by any chance download "evilportal" or change webservers / install uhttpd?

In any case, simply perform a factory reset and you will be back up and running.
