opening rdp with web sheller

i must remote to a server. but rdp port is closed, have web.config file & can read other files on that host with webshell.

how can i do it ?

You need to escalate your access. If all you can do is read files, you're restricted to information gathering.

See, that is the part you're supposed to work out by yourself.

Log in locally on the box and allow rdp access. If you Can't do than, then you probably don't have permission on the box in the first place.

it's not local system. i have a web shell on a website, and read web.config for remote. but remote's port is closed

Then call the remote host and have them open the port. You don't have enough access now to do it yourself.
