overwraith Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 So do the dip switches operate before or after the pineapple's wlan0 boots up? So do you operate this command in a boot mode: ifconfig wlan0 down && macchanger -A wlan0 && ifconfig wlan0 up or this one: macchanger -A wlan0 Also, is there a way to modify the dip switches over an SSH/putty connection? xrad Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 (edited) As far as the dip switches...for boot....I think jjd's macchanger still works. I'm not sure about changing the switches with ssh, I would like to know that also. https://forums.hak5.org/index.php?/topic/30827-jjds-mac-changing-script/page-2#entry232158 https://forums.hak5.org/index.php?/topic/30827-jjds-mac-changing-script/page-2#entry232361 Edited April 29, 2014 by xrad Quote
barry99705 Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 The dip switch settings are saved into a sql table it looks like. Located at /etc/pineapple/mk5.db Quote

Sebkinne Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 You can use sqlite3 to modify the database. We'll add dip switch configuration to our CLI soon. Best regards, Sebkinne Quote
GermanMeat Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 (edited) What user does the commands in the dip run as? The reason I ask is, I im using one of the dips (3) to auto start tmux. When logging on as root (normal) and running tmux, it doesn't show a previous session running. for example; in 1 0 1 dip setting I have; /sd/tools/tmux; echo "Is this shit working or not" Should I specific a user (root) for tmux to run as? Not sure how to do that. Edited May 21, 2014 by WilsonB Quote
