what about blacklisting the Wired port Etho MAC? on laptop I am guessing no as that how the info coming across is getting monitored?

what about wirless router MAC--but suspect it follows the same logic as abouve about the Wired etho?

You'll love the pineapple choppin32.

He had his pineapple set up with his laptop to share internet access to his wireless router. He was also running Karma on the pineapple. In short, Karma attracts wifi devices to the pineapple . If you don't blacklist your laptops wifi NIC, you run the chance of your laptop connecting to the pineapples wireless AP instead of the router AP. You'll lose the connection to the internet or cause other unfavorable side affects.
