NoDogSplash Display Problems

I have tried numerous html5 codes to display the NoDogSplash correctly on different screen sizes. Now these 3 images still display, but not correctly. I just each image to display properly for their screen size.

It works fine on mobile devices, but doesn't display the whole image:


Now, when you select the wifi SSID from your Network settings:


Now, when you refresh the page on a browser, when connecting to a different SSID:
