vmd_99
Hi, i'm pretty new with pineapple. I played a bit with it at home, i was able to karma and have some fun with wireshark on my macbook :) The Pineapple was connecting with client mode to my home wifi but i'm unable to connect to the hidden wifi at work... There's blank entries in the ssid list,i guess they are the hidden wifi but it doesn't seems to be able to connect to any of them. Any help will be appreciated on this... haknakpdywak
This could probably be solved in the Wifi Manager infusion. Look for the AP you want to connect to and then change the default pineapple_1111 ssid.
thesugarat
Hidden APs have names. haknakpdywak is correct that the WiFi manager infusion is probably the best way of using a hidden one because you can type in the exact name. Not sure why the Client Mode isn't handling it correctly. It should allow you to enter the name but I don't think it supports this at this time. dbRenaud
Hi vmd_99, In order to connect to an Hidden SSID you need to know the SSID itself and also the Security password if there's one.
