the hakshop usually respond within 48 hours. How long have you waited?
I never had any problems with these guys :)

I emailed them 3 times in a months time with no response. I got the auto-reply so I know they got it.

I just got a reply today. I sent them a message via email listed at the bottom of the page instead of opening a ticket. Great people. Seems they will accept my exchange considering the documentation of my issues.
