Password Expired (every login)

Password Expired (every login) when trying to ssh to the pineapple (version 1.0.4) using putty on windows 8.1. It forces me to reset password then exits.

Update: Restored firmware, does not seem to have issue anymore.

I've got some similar problem (Access denied) but the PW is correct

generate a ssh keyfile with PUTTYgen and copy/pass the publickey via webinterface

under Autossh authorized keys

go to PUTTY on the left side under 'Connection' -> SSH-> Auth

last option 'Private key file for auth.

Drop in your Private key file and log in via "root@ip"
