Sabri Posted January 24, 2014 Share Posted January 24, 2014 (edited) Hi all. I have purchased the Wifi Pineapple with the battery package (holiday promotion) but my battery seems not to work at all. I have charged it but when I plug it into the Pineapple it doesn't work. Of course the Pineapple works properly with the AC Adapter. Is the battery broken (I hope not) or am I doing something wrong? I am not trying to insult you by suggesting you are using the wrong charger - lots of others have mixed up the chargers or thought because they are all around 12V they are the same. Note that I have never seen the green light on the charger turned ON. I have to admit that I am very disappointed of this situation because I have just seen other posts saying the same problem apparently. Waiting for a reply. In fact I switch it to ON all the night but today it is not working anyway. Furthermore, I have never seen the green LED on since the battery has arrived (4 days ago). BTW I haven't received any response to my email yet. they are holding some kind of charge, but i have never seen the green led light on either of the Pineapple Juice chargers. And just for the record, the charger appears to be the correct one, but the battery switch was definitely in the wrong position. Mine won't charge. (i get 3 out of 4 green lights) Any suggestion? cheeto, The referenced battery has one red led and the charger has one red and one green. What am I missing?
