Big juice charging

I have been reading quite a bit about the Pineapple Juice battery charging... but I am now confused. Some posts say to have the power switch on... some say off, some say charge until pack is green, some say charge until plug is red... Some speak of multiple lights....

So....

I have the "elite kit" (http://hakshop.myshopify.com/collections/wifi-pineapple/products/wifi-pineapple-mark-v-elite-kit-upgrade) with a battery with only one light on it. The charger also has a single light on it.

Do I charge it until the adapter is green, or red? Do I charge it with the light on the pack itself is red, or green, or do I leave the switch off?

confusing sources, different juices:

Leave the switch on, charge until the light on the charger is green.

My first charge the light never did turn green, but I used the battery for about 10 minutes then charged again after awhile (less than 30 minutes) the light went green.

I just pulled mine out for a maintenance charge last night.

Toggle the switch on the battery to the "on" position and charge until the light on the charger goes green.

I was reading somewhere that some chargers don't have the green light. They are red when charging and turn off when charged(don't know if this is true).
