zeroasterix Posted November 18, 2013 Posted November 18, 2013 With the new pineapple out, I got a kickdown of someone's old pineapple! The previous owner said he couldn't help me with it, didn't even know which version it is. I've been poking around, logged into it with pineapplesareyummy and discovered openWRT There is a lot going on here! Can anyone help me identify this pineapple? the Model # is MR3201A-38NQ and the IP listed is 5.164.221.54 is there a manual pdf for this device? I've been digging through the forums but without knowing what version it is, it's hard to know where to begin. and while I'm at it what's the final word for flashing this device to the most up to date firmware? let the pineapple fun begin -Z. no42 Posted November 18, 2013 Posted November 18, 2013 (edited) Its a 'Trade' Accton MR3201A device! Essentially it is the same as a FON. So sounds like a MK I (might be a MK II). If anyone else has one of the following devices - they are all essentially the same: ACCTON MR3201A FON FON2100A,B,C and F Edge-Core WA3101 Philips SNR6500 SMC WEBT-G Siemens Gigaset Wlan repeater 108 Edited November 18, 2013 by midnitesnake Quote

But I was on the train and didn't on my phone :/ Sorry! Midnitesnake is of course correct - it seems like it's an MKII. MKI is unlikely. Quote
Mr-Protocol Posted November 18, 2013 Posted November 18, 2013 Wasn't the MR3021A Mark 1-2? The fon and the open mesh variants. Alfa Ap151u I don't think uses that same model internally. Quote
