I just couldn't connect (and Yes, I did try other servers and channels) But... anyways. Instead of multiplaying using games that are outrageously priced. Why not use open source games (i.e. or e.g. WarSow or BZflag for a small list of examples) and not worry about people having to contribute to the money machine and everyone is included in the fun? You can easily pwn noobs in games like these. I do not see a huge difference in their "expensive" counterparts. WarSow has a "sexy" look to its cell rendering. But just a thought.
