PoyBoy Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 Im currently in the market for a KVM switch, and im wondering if anyone (metatron) can reccomend a good, cheap (you be the judge of that) and reliable KVM switch. It only needs to be for two computers, and needs to do usb for the input. A final consideration I have is speed, as ive heard that some switches are slow. This is bad for games as there is lag between the keyboard and computer on said slow switches. (Its freakin bad enough over theses internets!) Quote
macker Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 I use a Aten / Roline Petite CS-62U compact USB KVM switch with audio. It's quick and fairly cheap. Quote

billybob Posted October 19, 2006 Posted October 19, 2006 try here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList....SubCategory=143 look at the reviews, and specs. pick your favorite. i haven't seen them any cheaper then this Quote
astromodder Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006 from my own personal experiences, i would HIGHLY recommend getting one with DVI inputs for video, only if your computer supports, otherwise if you use a high resolution and more than 3 computers it coudl cause a lot of ghosting (mine did, i had a SVIEW04) Quote
