r3m0t3r00t
Hi guys, searched and didnt find any posts pertaining to flashing without serial, my mark IV doesnt have a serial connection and my laptop only has usb connections. any help would be great. Also, downloading infusions isnt working so i either need to flash the firmware again or downgrade. The percent bars say 114% and 130% while trying to download and it just sits there. And even though i have a WAN connection the LED doesnt light up. any help would be great! thanks guys

deathdealerxx
I understand. Yes you will need to flip it over and remove the bottom two rubber stoppers and there will be two phillips screws, unscrew them and carefully lift the board up and it will come apart revealing the serial connection. https://github.com/WiFiPineapple/web-interface/wiki/mk4guidecleanflashserial read the guide closely please. ZaraByte
Flashing is pretty easy i found it more annoying to flash a TP-LINK MR3040 i've had no luck getting WiFi Pineapple to work on that router but heard someone managed to but me none i ended up flashing that TP-LINK MR 3040 atleast 154 times hak5 sells a USB TTL Serial stick that you can use to flash the firmware on the pineapple its a matter of hooking the cables to the right pins and from there following the guide to transfer the firmware.
