My original assumption is maybe something legal, or maybe because the manufacture would charge a fee for this installation wich would drive the cost higher? either way im interested to know why. Faster to process, gives the user time to get to know the system and read through the booklet, always the latest stable firmware, etc. If we notice a bug, we can quickly swap out all SD cards and do not have to re-flash them all. Another example is pre-installing infusions on the SD, updating system infuisions as they come out - even if there is no new sysupgrade available.
